At HOSA's International Leadership Conference (ILC), partners have opportunities to network with over 11,000 future health professionals who will experience four days of competition, leadership development, teambuilding, health related workshops, dynamic general sessions and high expectations!  HOSA invites associations and organizations, fundraising companies, publishers, educators and others to meet conference attendees, the nation’s next generation of health professionals, local chapter advisors who are health science and biomedical science teachers, along with administrators and state education agency staff.  There are many opportunities to partner with HOSA including conference sponsorships, exhibiton opportunities and workship presentations.

Our exhibit floor will feature over 100 exhibitors sharing information on health professions, fundraising, education and service opportunities. The HOSA Expo will operate Wednesday-Friday during the conference. Expo hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel. Exhibitors should plan to register and setup on Tuesday afternoon from 1-5 p.m.  or Wednesday morning before 10 a.m. and break down on Friday at 1 p.m.

HOSA Educational Symposium

HOSA invites partners to submit a workshop proposal for the International Leadership Conference.  Workshops will be held on Thursday-Friday.  Submit your proposal using our online system by May 1. All proposals will be reviewed and submitters will be notified about their proposal status via email on or before May 15. The final workshop schedule will be available the week of June 1 and include date, time and room location.

Accepted presenters who plan to take full advantage of all conference activities such as general sessions and workshops, meetings, and the HOSA Expo are expected to pay the registration fee of $90. If presenters are visiting the conference to provide a workshop only or they are a paid exhibitor, the registration fee will be waived. Accepted speakers and co-speakers are responsible for related expenses, including registration, travel, lodging and meals.


HOSA Scholarship Program

The HOSA Scholarship Program allows sponsors to contribute $1,000 per award to recognize students’ academic excellence. Scholarship winners will be recognized at the International Leadership Conference. Donors will receive invitations to the Scholarship Dinner, along with a listing in the conference program, recognition included on HOSA website scholarship page and will be able to present a plaque to scholarship recipient. The donor’s logo will be displayed on screen during the recognition portion of the HOSA International Leadership Conference opening session. 


Competitive Event Judges

Professionals who wish to spread awareness of health professions and leadership skills are invited to get involved in HOSA! We are actively recruiting volunteers to serve as judges for HOSA Competitive Events during the 43rd annual HOSA International Leadership Conference in Houston, Texas, June 25 and 26, 2020. The events are designed to motivate HOSA members to study, work hard, and achieve a high standard of excellence in a variety of leadership and skill disciplines. We will have nearly 10,000 competitors in 75 different events which means we need over 400 judges to evaluate student performance.  To register, and for more information, click here.
